"諸比丘,具足五法的比丘能游四方。何為五法?在此,諸比丘,比丘持戒,守護波羅提木叉律儀而住,具足正行與行處,于微細罪中見怖畏,受持學處而學;多聞、持聞、積聞,對那些初善、中善、后善,有義、有文,宣說完整清凈梵行之法,他多聞此等諸法,憶持不忘,積習於口,思維於心,以見善通達;知足於各種衣服、飲食、臥具、病人所需藥品等資具;能隨意獲得四種增上心的現法樂住,不費力,不困難;由於諸漏已盡,于現法中以自通慧證得、成就、安住于無漏心解脫、慧解脫。諸比丘,具足此五法的比丘能游四方。"第九。
